INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3. Make sure the padded portion of the
safety strap comes in contact with the
patient.
4. Release the Velcro strap on the
backside of the padded portion and
loop through the black post on the
back of the Beach Chair. Affix the
Velcro to the backside of the padded
portion. Tighten the strap to firmly
secure the patient's operative side.
WARNING: Do not raise or lower the shoulder chair when the
safety strap is attached.

The product should be stored in a clean and safe environment to prevent product
damage. See storage Specifications under Product Specification section.

Removal Instruction:

1. Release the Velcro strap on the padded portion and unwind the strap from the
black post on the back of the Beach Chair.
2. Remove the counter traction post from the Easy Lock
