Electrical connection
The appliance is designed for use
with 230 V ac.
All electrical installation work must be
carried out in accordance with I.E.E.
regulations.
Please comply with the rating plate. The
indicated voltage must be the same as the
electricity supply. Please use wire with a
suitable cross-section. The appliance must
be connected to a safety socket mounted
at least 10 cm away from the side of the
heater.
The heater must not be mounted
immediately under a wall socket.
Safety features
The convectors are fitted with safety cut-
out (STR), that switch the heater off when
the appliance is overheated. Should the
appliance be switched off due to
overheating, an authorised customer
service should be asked to rectify the
problem.
Handing over
Explain to the new user how the
appliance operates and make him aware
that the air inlet and outlet must, under
no circumstances, be blocked or covered.
These instructions should also be
handed over and are to be carefully kept.

Branchement électrique
Le convecteur est destiné à être
alimenté par un courant alternatif
de 230 V.
Tous les travaux d'installation électriques,
en particulier le mesures de protection,
sont à réaliser conformément aux normes,
dispositions locales, nationales et aux
prescriptions du fournisseur d'électricité.
Les conducteurs vert/jaune doivent
exclusivement servir de fil de terre et ne
peuvent en aucun cas être utilisé comme
conducteurs.
Tenir compte des indications sur la
plaquette signalétique! La tension indiquée
doit correspondre à celle du secteur.
Choisir une section suffisante des fils
conducteurs. Une prise de courant avec
mise à la terre ou une boîte de
raccordement fixe ne doit pas se trouver à
moins de 10 cm du côté du convecteur
(voir normes locales et nationales).
Le convecteur ne doit pas être installé
directement en dessous d'une prise de
courant !
Sécurité
Les convecteurs disposent d'un thermostat
de sécurité (STR), qui coupe le chauffage
en cas de surchauffe. Dans ce cas il faut
faire appel au service aprèsvente
homologué, qui palliera à l'origine du
défaut.
Remise en mains
Expliquez à l'usager le fonction-
nement du convecteur soufflant. Attirez
son attention sur le fait que les
ouvertures d'entrée et de sortie de l'air
ne doivent en aucun cas être obstruées.
Remettez à l'usager ce mode d'emploi et
ces instructions de montage afin qu'il les
conserve soigneusement.

Elektrische aansluiting
Het apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd
voor 230 V wisselspanning.
Alle werkzaamheden met betrekking tot
de elektrische installatie, in het bijzonder
de beschermingsmaatregelen, dienen te
worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de
bepalingen van het land en de voorschriften
van het verantwoordelijke energiebedrijf.
Let op de gegevens op het typeplaatje! De
aangegeven spanning moet met de
netspanning overeenkomen. Zorg voor
een juiste koperdoorsnede van de
spanning-voerende geleider. Voor de
aansluiting dient op een afstand van ten
minste 10 cm naast het verwarmingstoestel
een wandcontactdoos te worden
geinstalleerd.
Het toestel mag niet direct onder een
wandcontactdoos worden geplaatst!
Veiligheidsvoorzieningen
De convector is voorzien van een
veiligheidstemperatuurregelaar (VTR), die
de verwarming uitschakelt bij een te hoge
temperatuur. In dat geval dient een
bevoegde reparatiedienst te worden
ingeschakeld om de oorzaak van de storing
te verhelpen.

Overdracht

Geef aan de gebruiker uitleg over
de werking van het toestel. Benadruk dat
de luchtinlaat- en -uitlaatopeningen in
geen geval mogen worden afgedekt.
Overhandig hem of haar deze gebruiks-
aanwijzing en montagehandleiding en
vraag hem/haar deze zorgvuldig te
bewaren.
