1) Die Meldungen sind nach dem Zeitpunkt des Auf-
tretens sortiert. Mit der Taste
Ereignisse geblättert werden und mit der Taste
wieder auf die zuletzt aufgetretenen Ereignisse.
2) Sollen alle Meldungen gelöscht werden, die Tas-
ten
und
gleichzeitig drücken.
3) Zum Verlassen der Ereignisliste und Zurückkeh-
ren in das Hauptmenü die Taste MENU drücken.
Zum Verlassen des Hauptmenüs die Taste
MENU erneut drücken.
10 Alarmfunktionen
In der Ereignisliste (Menü EVENT, Kap. 9.12) wird
jede Alarmauslösung protokolliert.
10.1 Externer Alarm
Ein externer Alarm wird durch einen an der Buchse
EXTERNAL I/O (17) angeschlossenen Alarmsensor

10 Alarm Functions
In the list of events (menu EVENT, chapter 9.12),
each alarm triggered is recorded.
10.1 External alarm
An external alarm is triggered by an alarm sensor
connected to the jack EXTERNAL I/O (17) [see
chapter 4.2.1]. For this purpose, the function "exter-
nal alarm" must be activated [see menu ALARM,
chapter 9.5; with the function activated, the LED
ALARM in the LED row (8) lights up].
For the duration of the alarm time* (set in the line
ALARM DURATION of the menu ALARM):
1. the symbol
for the camera channel concerned
is inserted on the main monitor.
2. in case of external alarm for a single camera
channel, the full screen picture of the camera
channel concerned is displayed on the auxiliary
monitor, or, in case of external alarm for several
camera channels, the recorder switches between
the full screen pictures of the channels concerned
with the dwell times adjusted in the column
ALARM of the menu DWELL (see chapter 9.6).
3. the recorder goes to alarm recording unless a
replay is made or a menu is called at this
moment.
* The alarm duration is extended accordingly if during an alarm, another alarm is triggered for a different camera channel.
Example: The alarm duration was set to 1 minute. At 9:00:00 h an alarm is triggered for channel 1. If an alarm for chan-
nel 2 is triggered at 9:00:40, the alarm for both channels will not end before 9:01:40.

ALARM, Kap. 9.5; bei eingeschalteter Funktion
leuchtet in der LED-Reihe (8) die Anzeige ALARM].
Für die Dauer der Alarmzeit* (eingestellt in der Zeile
ALARM DURATION des Menüs ALARM):
1. wird auf dem Hauptmonitor das Symbol
den betroffenen Kamerakanal eingeblendet.
2. wird auf dem Nebenmonitor, bei externem Alarm
für einen Kamerakanal, das Vollbild des betroffe-
nen Kamerakanals gezeigt oder, bei externem
Alarm für mehrere Kamerakanäle, mit den in der
Spalte ALARM des Menüs DWELL eingestellten
Bildverweilzeiten zwischen den Vollbildern der
betroffenen Kanäle umgeschaltet (siehe dazu
Kap. 9.6).
3. schaltet der Recorder auf Alarmaufnahme, wenn
nicht gerade eine Wiedergabe läuft oder ein
Menü aufgerufen ist.
4. wird der betroffene Kamerakanal für die Aufnahme
im Multiplex-Modus häufiger abgetastet als die
übrigen Kanäle, z. B. Kanal 1-2-1-3-1-4... bei
einem Alarm für Kanal 1 anstatt wie im Normalfall
kann auf ältere
Kanal 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4...
[Der Kamerakanal muss in der Spalte REC des
Menüs CAMERA (Kap. 9.3) auf ON eingestellt
sein, sonst wird er nicht aufgenommen.]
5. ertönt der interne Alarmsummer, wenn im Menü
SYSTEM (Kap. 9.11) die Menüzeile BUZZER auf
ON eingestellt ist.
6. schaltet das Alarmrelais (siehe Kap. 4.2.2), wenn
im Menü SYSTEM die Menüzeile EXT ALARM
auf ON eingestellt ist.
Wurde im Menü SYSTEM die Funktion MESSAGE
LATCH eingeschaltet, bleibt das Symbol
nach dem Ablauf der Alarmzeit eingeblendet, bis
kein Alarmsignal mehr anliegt.
* Die Alarmdauer verlängert sich entsprechend, wenn während eines Alarms erneut für einen anderen Kamerakanal Alarm
ausgelöst wird. Beispiel: Die Alarmdauer wurde auf 1 Minute eingestellt. Um 9:00:00 Uhr wird ein Alarm für Kanal 1 aus-
gelöst. Wird um 9:00:40 Uhr ein Alarm für Kanal 2 ausgelöst, ist der Alarm für beide Kanäle erst um 9:01:40 Uhr beendet.
4. for recording in the multiplex mode, the camera

is set to ON.
If the function MESSAGE LATCH has been activat-
ed in the menu SYSTEM, the symbol
inserted after the alarm time is expired until no alarm
signal is available any more.
10.2 Alarm in case of video signal loss
For the duration of the alarm time* (set in the line
ALARM DURATION of the menu ALARM, chapter
9.5):
1. "LOSS" will be inserted on the main monitor for
the camera channel concerned.
2. the internal buzzer will sound if the menu lines
BUZZER and VLOSS ALARM in the menu
SYSTEM (chapter 9.11) are set to ON.
3. the alarm relay will respond (see chapter 4.2.2) if
the menu lines EXT ALARM and VLOSS ALARM
in the menu SYSTEM are set to ON.
If the function MESSAGE LATCH has been activat-
ed in the menu SYSTEM, the message "LOSS" will
still be inserted after the alarm time is expired until a
video signal is available again.
10.2 Alarm bei Ausfall eines Videosignals
Für die Dauer der Alarmzeit* (eingestellt in der Zeile
ALARM DURATION des Menüs ALARM, Kap. 9.5):
1. wird auf dem Hauptmonitor „LOSS" für den betrof-
fenen Kamerakanal eingeblendet.
2. ertönt der interne Alarmsummer, wenn im Menü
SYSTEM (Kap. 9.11) die Menüzeilen BUZZER
für
und VLOSS ALARM auf ON eingestellt sind.
3. schaltet das Alarmrelais (siehe Kap. 4.2.2), wenn
im Menü SYSTEM die Menüzeilen EXT ALARM
und VLOSS ALARM auf ON eingestellt sind.
Wurde im Menü SYSTEM die Funktion MESSAGE
LATCH eingeschaltet, bleibt die Meldung „LOSS"
auch nach dem Ablauf der Alarmzeit eingeblendet,
bis wieder ein Videosignal anliegt.
10.3 Alarm vorzeitig ausschalten
Ein ausgelöster Alarm kann auch vor dem Ablauf der
eingestellten Alarmzeit beendet werden:
1. Um nur den Alarmsummer auszuschalten und
das Alarmrelais zurückzusetzen, irgendeine Taste
am Recorder drücken [nicht die Taste STOP (5),
wenn eine Alarmaufnahme läuft!].
Um den Alarmsummer auszuschalten, das
Alarmrelais zurückzusetzen und die Alarmauf-
nahme zu stoppen, die Taste STOP drücken.
Hinweis zu den Alarmeinblendungen:
„LOSS" bleibt für die Dauer der Alarmzeit im
Bild des betroffenen Kanals eingeblendet, wenn
durch das Drücken einer Taste auf ein anderes
Anzeigeformat gewechselt wird. Wird dagegen
eine Taste gedrückt, die nicht zu einem Wech-
sel des aktuellen Anzeigeformats führt, ver-
schwindet
bzw. „LOSS" im Bild des Kanals.
2. Um alle Alarmvorgänge zu beenden, ein Alarm-
Reset-Signal [0-V-TTL-Signal oder Schließkon-
auch
takt (NO)] auf Pin 13 der Buchse EXTERNAL I/O
(17) geben.
10.3 Switching off the alarm at any time
An alarm triggered can also be stopped before the
end of the alarm time set:
1. To switch off the buzzer only and to reset the
alarm relay, press any key on the recorder
[except the key STOP (5) if an alarm recording is
made!].
To switch off the buzzer, to reset the alarm
relay, and to stop the alarm recording, press the
key STOP (5).
Notes concerning the alarm insertions:
"LOSS" will still be inserted in the picture of the
camera channel concerned for the duration of
the alarm if a key is pressed to go to another
display format. However, if a key is pressed
which does not result in a change of the cur-
rent display format,

2. To stop all alarm procedures, feed an alarm reset
signal [0 V TTL signal or NO contact] to pin 13 of
the jack EXTERNAL I/O (17).
