1. Place the sanding attachment (6) onto
the motor unit (3) (Picture E).
2. Place a sanding disc (8) on the sanding
attachment and press it on gently (Pic-
ture F). Simply pull it off to remove it.

The sanding discs with the grain
size 60 are suitable for initial
sanding of rough wooden sur-
faces; the sanding discs with the
grain sizes 80 and 120 are suita-
ble for plane sanding.
3. Press the rotation direction change-
over switch (18) as far as it will go to
activate the operating switch (23).
4. Switch on the power tool using the
operating switch.
5. Guide the sanding disc over the work-
piece slowly, applying gentle pressure.
If the power weakens, the battery needs
to be charged (see the "Charging Up the
Battery" chapter).
Separating / Sawing
Please Note!
There is a danger of injury!
■ Before you start sawing, check the
workpiece for any concealed foreign
objects such as nails or screws and
remove them.
■ Only guide the power tool towards
the workpiece when it is switched on.
There is the risk of kickback if the
inserted tool jams in the workpiece.
■ Keep your hands away from the area
you are sawing in. Do not reach under
the workpiece. Always stand to the
side of the saw when you are working.
There is a risk of injury if you come
into contact with the saw blade.
■ Always use a saw blade that is suita-
ble for the material you are working on.
■ Once you have finished working,
switch off the power tool and only then
should you pull the saw blade out of
the cut when it has come to a stand-
still. This will prevent any kickback and
the tool can be placed down safely.
1. Place the oscillating attachment (5)
onto the motor unit (3) (Picture G).
2. Depending on the intended use, select
one of the two saw blades (13, 15) and
screw it securely on the oscillating at-
tachment. Use the washer (12) and the
fixing screw (11) to do this (Picture H).
The saw blade can also be attached at
a 90° angle to make it easier to handle
when performing certain tasks.
3. Press the rotation direction change-
over switch (18) as far as it will go to
activate the operating switch (23).
4. Switch on the power tool using the
operating switch.
5. Place the saw blade on or beneath the
workpiece and cut through or separate
it by applying even pressure.
• If the power weakens, the battery
needs to be charged (see the "Charg-
ing Up the Battery" chapter).
• To remove the saw blade, undo the
fixing screw.
CLEANING AND
STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Remove the battery from the power
tool and the connecting cable from
the power source before doing any
cleaning or maintenance.
■ All moving parts are maintenance-free.
Lubrication is not required.
■ Do not use any solvents and/or cor-
rosive or abrasive cleaning agents!
These may damage the power tool.
• Keep the power tool, in particular the
ventilation slots, and the accessories
clean. If necessary, clean with a brush
