Using the Rotating Spit
1. Slide one fork onto the rotating spit so
that its tips are pointing towards the
middle of the spit.
2. Place the food onto the rotating spit.
3. Place on the second fork (with the tips
directed towards the food).
4. Slide the forks and the food into the
middle of the rotating spit and press the
forks into the food.
5. Tighten the screws of the forks.
6. Place the rotating spit in the oven: Plug
the spit end with the rectangular profi le
into the opening / rotating spit mount (3).
Place the other end of the spit onto the
rotating spit holder (6).
7. After fi nishing grilling, use the removal
tool (10) to fi rst remove the spit from the
rotating spit holder and then from the
rotating spit mount.

FUNCTIONS

PROGRAMMES
The device has 18 preset programmes.
They are selected with the fi elds
+ / – (16, 25). The programme display (17)
for the selected programme fl ashes. The
programmes are:
AIR FRY
With this programme you can use the device
like a hot air frying machine to achieve crispy
results.
Temperature: 200°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 10 min (Range: up to 2 h)
CHIPS
Ideal for frozen chips.
Temperature: 200°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 25 min (Range: up to 2 h)
WINGS
Ideal for chicken wings etc.
Temperature: 230°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 18 min (Range: up to 2 h)
PIZZA
Ideal for baking pizza, tarte fl ambée or
similar snacks
Temperature: 230°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 11 min (Range: up to 2 h)
STEAK
Suitable for preparing steak and seared
meat.
Temperature: 230°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 7 min (Range: up to 2 h)
COOKIES
Ideal for baking cookies, muffi ns etc.
Temperature: 180°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 15 min (Range: up to 2 h)
SNACKS
Suitable for baking small snacks, for
example.
Temperature: 180°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)

VEGGIES
Ideal for preparing vegetables.
Temperature: 230°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 15 min (Range: up to 2 h)
BAKE
For all dishes which you can also bake in a
conventional oven, e.g. cakes or casseroles.
Temperature: 175°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 25 min (Range: up to 2 h)
REHEAT
Suitable for gently reheating cold (not
frozen) food.
Temperature: 95°C (Range: 90 – 230°C)
Cooking time: 5 min (Range: up to 2 h)
