always kept out of the reach of young
children and animals. There is a danger

■ The device must not be moved during
operation. There is a danger of burns.
■ Before consuming food, make sure that
the food (in particular poultry) is fully
cooked.
NOTICE – RISK OF DAMAGE TO
MATERIAL AND PROPERTY
■ Make sure that the steam which
emerges does not come into direct
contact with electrical devices and
equipment containing electrical
components.
■ If a fault occurs during operation, pull out
the mains plug. Otherwise always switch
off the device fi rst before the mains plug
is pulled out.
■ Disconnect the device from the mains
power before a thunderstorm or when
there is a power cut.
■ Always pull the mains plug and never
the mains cable when disconnecting the
device from the mains power.
■ Do not pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable.
■ Protect the device from other heat
sources, naked fl ames, persistent
moisture, direct sunlight or impacts.
■ Keep the device in a dry place at
temperatures of between 0 and 40°C.
■ Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.

■ Never spray cold water onto the glass
door of the device during or immediately
after use. The glass might shatter.
■ Do not place any heavy objects on
the open glass door, the device or the
connecting cable.
■ Do not place objects on the device while
it is in operation. Its surface gets hot.

ACCESSORIES

COLLECTING TRAY

The collecting tray (13) should always be
inserted so that any dripping fat, crumbs or
other food residues can be collected and
removed more easily. It is slid into the very
bottom of the cooking chamber (4).
BAKING TRAY
The baking tray (11) is suitable for baking,
gratinating, warming up etc.
In the case of food containing fat, we
recommend placing the baking tray under
the rack (12) or baking mesh tray (8) so that
fat which drips down can be collected on it.
RACK
The rack (12) is suitable for defrosting,
grilling and baking larger pieces of food.
BAKING MESH TRAY
The baking mesh tray (8) is ideal for smaller
pieces of food such as chips, chicken wings
or for dehydrating.
REMOVAL TOOL
The removal tool (10) is used to remove the
hot rotating spit (9) from the hot air oven.
ROTATING SPIT
The rotating spit (9) is suitable for preparing
grilled chicken or skewered meat and roasts,
for example.
The rotating spit includes two forks which fi x
the food in place.
