Do not load the seedlings into the front cups as they
are continually opening and closing.
3) The operators on the work vehicle must decide on
the tractor's speed of travel together with the tractor
driver so that a least 60 seedlings can be placed in
the dispenser per minute and correct ejector/seed-
ling timing is obtained.
Seat positioning
Poor work posture will tire the operator and could lead to mistakes being made; therefore, before starting work, ad-
just the seat and secure it in the position that offers maximum comfort.
A) Lever: this is used to adjust the seat lengthways.
Release the lever and then move the seat forwards or
backwards.
Secure the seat in the right position using the lever.
B) Lever: this is used to adjust the seat tilt.
Release the lever and then tilt the seat forwards or
backwards.
Secure the seat in the right position using the lever.
C) Screws: these are used to adjust the seat height.
Unscrew the screws and then raiser or lower the
seat.
Tighten the screws to secure the seat in the right po-
sition.
Tray changeover
Swap the empty trays for full ones as outlined below.
1) Push the empty tray (A), upwards and turn it so it
comes off the lower runner; now lift it out of the tray
holder runners completely.
2) Place the full tray so that it is touching the upper run-
ner (B), turn it round and then lower it onto the lower
runner (C).

4) Move forwards with the tractor before starting the

planting quality constantly; in the event of anoma-
lies, stop the tractor moving forwards and adopt cor-
rective measures (see "Information on adjustments"
