Have you lost your admin password? Hold the reset button on the camera
pressed for 5 seconds to restore the password to the default 123456 code.
Note that all settings will be restored to factory settings and you will need
to reconfigure your CAMIP21 camera.
E-Mail Alert
Your CAMIP21 camera supports motion detection with e-mail alert function. The e-mail alert function will
send a warning e-mail to the user's account.
After motion detection, the system will
•
begin recording
•
send a notification message (only when the push notification function is enabled) to your mobile
device
•
send an e-mail (only when the e-mail alert function is enabled) to alert you.
By default, the system has been limited to send out an e-mail alert every
15 minutes to prevent overloading your e-mail account.
Time Zone
Choose your time zone from the drop-down list.
Daylight Saving Time
Activate this function to allow the system to enable the daylight saving time.
Device Security Code
The Device Security Code is a specific code to access your CAMIP21 camera. Default password is 123456.
Change this password into a personal password.

Video Settings

Video Quality
Selecting a better video image will allow you to view high-resolution images. Better streaming will allow
the video to run more smoothly.
Environment Mode
This function allows you to select the power line frequency. This frequency varies depending on the
geographic location. A wrong frequency may cause the image to flicker.
Low Light Enhancement
Select the desired light mode for better night vision.

7.10 Wifi Settings

Click the Manage Wifi Network button to allow the system to scan for the nearby network. The available
Wifi routers will appear in the drop-down list. Choose the appropriate router and enter the router
password if necessary. Due to security concerns, it is suggested to use the WPA/WPA2/WPA2-PSK
protocol.
