Set-up
The settings window appears in the display fi eld.
Settings:
 Language


You can choose between the fol-
lowing settings using the control
buttons:
• Language
• System
Open the following window
"Energy saving mode".
Return to the previous window
"Actual values".

Settings - language

The language can selected and changed as
required in the settings window.
To change the language of your device,
proceed as follows:
Settings:
 Language


Select "Language" in the settings
window.
Press the Enter key to display
the selected language.
You can select the required lan-
guage using the control buttons.
Press the Enter key after selecting
a language to confi rm the selected
language.

Settings - system

System parameters can be displayed in
the settings window.
To examine the system parameters of
your device, proceed as follows:
Settings:

Press the Enter key to examine
the system parameters and
the program version.
NOTE
A password must be entered in order to inter-
rogate system settings and parameters.
The settings and parameters of the device
may only be changed by HSM engineers.
Energy safe mode
The energy saving mode window appears in
the display fi eld. When energy saving mode
is activated, the cutting unit is switched off
automatically after a set time if no material is
put into the device.
If energy saving mode is switched off ,
the cutting unit continues to run.
To switch on energy saving mode,
proceed as follows:
NOTE
The range for the automatic shutdown of the
cutting unit is between 1 min. and 60 mins.
The setting is made in 1 min. increments.
