UTILLIAN™ shall not surmise any liability for damages resulting from non-adherence
with the instruction manual.
The limited warranty does not apply to:
• Normal performance degradation of materials
• Natural battery degradation
• Parts vulnerable to wear & tear. Wear & tear parts for the UTILLIAN 8™ are the heat-
ing chamber, the device case, the glass mouthpiece and the multi-tool.
• The heating chamber of the UTILLIAN 8™, this is a wear & tear part
• Any arising damages due to the user's neglect, or any inappropriate use
• Device must not be used more than 5 times consecutively, without cooling it down
• Any case in which the internal components of the product are purposely dismantled,
tampered, or accessed in any fashion
• A part or product that has been altered to modify capability or functionality
UTILLIAN™ recommends using a charger with a rating not higher than 5 V ⎓ 2.0 A
• Damage caused by use of any charger with non-standard voltage and current ratings;
• Damage caused by the use of the product outside the intended function as described
by UTILLIAN™
• Damage resulting from liquids, including but not limited to water, cleaning liquids or
alcohol, poured over or into the device.
• Damage resulting from non-adherence with the instruction manual
• Aesthetic damage, including but not restricted to dents, scratches, deformity, and
parts broken through product usage
