28 Operation of the Device
Potential cause
Low battery.
The device is not
charged.
Short circuit
protection active.
Solution
Charge the device as described in manual.
• Verify that the battery has been charged.
• Verify if the charging cable has been
correctly inserted both in the USB-C
Charging Port of the device and the wall
adapter during charging.
• Verify if the wall adapter has been
inserted correctly during charging.
