Warranty
UTILLIAN™ adheres to strict quality control standards and only offers high-quality prod-
ucts that are vigorously tested. In case of quality impairments or defects of UTILLIAN™
products, the following warranty conditions apply.
Limited Warranty
The UTILLIAN 8™ has a twelve (12) month limited warranty on the hardware and is guar-
anteed against defects in materials and workmanship. To verify the date of retail pur-
chase by the original customer, a proof of purchase is required from a sanctioned retailer.
At its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, Thermodyne Systems (UTILLIAN™)
will exchange the product with a product that is new, refurbished, or is a functionally
equivalent product, if the product develops any mechanical defects and a claim is filed
within the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of retail purchase
and does not restart after a warranty claim has been issued.
All products submitted for warranty become the property of UTILLIAN™. The custom-
er covers the shipping costs for warranty support. If you have issues with your product,
send an email to info@utillian.com and a customer service representative will contact
you as early as possible to resolve the issue and find the best solution.
Exclusions and Limitations
The limited warranty only applies to devices manufactured by Thermodyne Systems
(UTILLIAN™) that can be identified by the "UTILLIAN" trademark, trade name, or logo
affixed to them and were purchased at an authorized retailer who is fulfilled by an au-
thorized distributor.
