Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual belongs to the MV304600 electronic veterinary scale
(hereinafter referred to as the "scale"). It contains important information about
initial use and handling.
Read the user manual carefully, especially the safety instructions, before you begin using
the scale. Failure to heed this user manual may cause severe injury or damage to the
appliance.
The user manual is based on the standards and rules in force in the European Union.
When abroad, you must also observe country-specific guidelines and laws.
Store the user manual for future use. Should you give the scale to another person, it is
vital that you also pass on this user manual.
Proper use
The scale is exclusively intended for weighing pets and small and medium-sized animals.
The maximum weight of 100 kg must not be exceeded. It is intended for private and
commercial use.
The scale is intended for use as a non-automatic scale. This means that animals must be
manually placed in the centre of the weighing platform. When the weighing value has
been reached, the weight can be read off.
Only use the scale as described in this user manual. Any other use is deemed improper
and may result in damage to property or even personal injury. The manufacturer or ven-
dor accepts no liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use.
