6. Pull a casing lifter along the rim all around the tyre.

7. Then push out the valve. If there is still too much air in the tyre,
deflate it as described in section 3.

8. Pull the inner tube out of the entire tyre.

9. If you want to change the tyre casing, simply pull it off to the side.

Mounting the tyre casing and the tube:
1. First put one half of the casing over the rim flange on the side
opposite the push rim.
2. At the point provided for fitting the valve, press down the casing
bead, making sure that the casing remains above the rim around the
rest of the wheel. Then insert the valve through the hole provided.
3. Place the casing lifter behind the casing bead and carefully lever
the casing over the hose. Be careful not to crush the hose.
4. Hook the casing lifter into the spoke. Be careful not to damage the
tube.
