2. Check manually to see if the nut is tight.
3. Mount the tray on the grinder mouth.
4. Tie the casing on one end. Put the free end on the filling socket.
5. Switch on the grinder using the ON button.
6. Insert ground filling in the opening; fill the casing. Do not use force on the stuffer – the unit can overload.
7. Make sure you don't push air into the casing during the filling. The recommended length of individual sausages is
10-15 cm. Tie knots using a string at the ends.
8. You can push remaining food out of the extension using several pieces of bread after filling.
9. After use turn off the product - push the ON button again, and unplug from the mains outlet.
10. To release the extension from its holder press the safety pin and simultaneously turn clockwise to release the
extension.
11. To dismantle the extension, loosen the grinder nut using your hand or the supplied wrench.
MEATBALL PREPARATION FUNCTION
Meatball extension assembly
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the extrusion disk and meatball sleeve on the screw axis.
Make sure the protrusions of the replaceable disk interlock with the holes on the
grinder body.
3. Tighten the screw nut manually.
Note: The accessories shall be used without the replaceable grinding disks and cross
blade. Insert ground, flavored and well-mixed meat mixture.
Preparation of meatballs
1. Mount the assembled extension on the accessories holder, and lock it by turning
counterclockwise. Make sure to turn the extension until you hear a clicking sound, and
the safety pin for releasing the accessories sticks out. Check to see that the extension
is correctly fixed, can't be loosened or taken out without using the safety pin.

Vegetable grinding or cutting extension assembly

1. Select the required cutting or grating extension, and insert it in the grating extension

food.
