OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Always disconnect the plug from the mains outlet prior to mounting or removing accessories!
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water for
hygienic reasons.
The maximum time of continuous operation (KB) is 15 minutes. Let the unit cool down for at least 1 hour afterwards.
GRINDER FUNCTION (Fig. 1)
Before the first use of each replaceable disk it is necessary to switch on the unit with grinding extension, and grind a
couple of pieces of bread to have the replaceable disk and cross blade aligned. Then dismantle the grinder, clean it and
discard the ground bread.
Grinding extension assembly
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the cross blade on the screw axis so that the blade's edge aims outward
from the screw. Make sure the blade is mounted correctly on the axis, and can't turn
independently.
3. Choose a replaceable disk with the required level of fineness.
Soft grinding: fish, boiled meat, meat loaf.
Medium and rough grinding: fish, vegetables, hard cheese, dried fruit.
If you need softer grinding, first process the food on the rough grinding disk, then
replace with a medium grinding disk and soft grinding disk. Thus you prevent
clogging and overload of the motor.
Make sure the protrusions of the replaceable disk interlock with the holes on the
grinder body.
4. Tighten the screw nut manually.
