Food grinding
1. Mount the assembled extension on the accessory holder, and lock it by turning
counterclockwise (Fig. 2). Make sure to turn the extension until you hear a clicking
sound, and the safety pin for releasing the accessories sticks out. Check to see that
the extension is correctly fixed, can't be loosened or taken out without using the
safety pin.
2. Check manually to see if the nut is tight.
3. Mount the tray on the grinder mouth.
4. Place the tray for the collection of ground food under the grinder's body.
5. Thaw frozen food first. Remove bones, cartilage, tendons and skin from the meat. Cut
the food into pieces approximately 2x2 cm.
6. Switch on the grinder using the ON button.
7. Insert a small amount of processed food into the opening. Don't use force on the
stuffer – the unit may overload.
8. You can push remaining food out of the extension using several pieces of bread after
grinding.
9. After use, turn off the product – push the ON button again, and unplug from the
mains outlet.
10. To release the extension from the holder press the safety pin and simultaneously turn
clockwise to release the extension.
11. To dismantle the extension, loosen the grinder nut using your hand or the supplied
wrench (Fig. 3).
WARNING!
If the screw is blocked and stops during operation, switch the unit off immediately! After pressing the REVERSE button
the motor will turn in reverse, which will release the stuck screw. You may switch the unit on again and continue grinding
afterwards.
SAUSAGE FILLING FUNCTION
Sausage filling extension assembly
1. Insert the screw into the grinder body.
2. Mount the extrusion disk and sausage filling socket on the screw axis.
Make sure the protrusions of the replaceable disk interlock with the holes on the
grinder's body.
3. Tighten the screw nut manually.
Note: Accessories shall be used without the replaceable grinding disks and the cross
blade. Insert ground, flavored and well-mixed filling.
Before filling, soak the casings for 30 minutes in lukewarm water.
