Follow the steps below to remove frost build-up:
1. Remove any frozen food, shut off the mains power supply, open the
freezer door, and gently scrape any frost from the inner wall using an
ice scraper. To speed up the thawing process, you can place a bowl
of hot water inside the freezer, and once the iced-over frost becomes
loose, use an ice scraper to scrape it off and remove it.
2. After defrosting, clean the inside of the freezer and switch on the
power supply.
Safety-check after maintenance
• Is the power cord broken or damaged?
• Is the power plug firmly inserted into the socket?
• Is the power plug abnormally overheat?
Note!
• Electric shocks and fires may result if the power cord or plug is
damaged or covered with dust. If there is any abnormality, please
unplug the appliance and contact the vendor.
