5. Maintenance and care
Normal dirt can be removed with standard cleaning agents and a sponge or soft rag. Check the specific product
information and use only commercial cleaning products which are suitable for cleaning and disinfection (do not use
alcohol-containing products and no solvents or abrasives).
The device basically does not need maintenance. Despite the solid construction and the use of resistant materials
the product is subject to wear. It is therefore recommended to check the product at regular intervals by a
professional service. We recommend the following to be checked:

The Kakadu commode and shower chair is not a device designed for
frequent transportation. If it is necessary to transport the chair, we
recommend to disassemble it in the way opposite to the assembly
description above. Chair should be packed in the way that it is stable
and there is no risk of sudden and dangerous movements of the
transported device.
If you need to carry the assembled shower chair, then we recommend
to detach the footrests and lift the shower chair on both sides of the
frame on the points shown below.
