To secure your Kakadu bath and toilet chair against accidental rolling away: to lock the wheelchair, push the brake
lever on the right and left wheels forward as far as possible. To release the brakes, pull both brake handles back
again.
Warning! Always use the brakes on both sides of the wheelchair for the shower-toilet. The parking
brakes are not intended as service brakes and are only used to lock the Cockatoo shower and toilet
wheelchair (parking position). They must never be used to brake while driving!
Using the toilet bucket
● The toilet bowl is designed for people who have difficulty using regular toilets.
● To use the toilet bowl, remove the seat plate (see picture).
● Remove the lid of the toilet bowl.
● After use, put the lid back on the bucket and remove it from the wheelchair (see picture).
● Empty and clean the bucket and put it back in the wheelchair (see picture).
● Never leave the bucket full or uncleaned.
● Cover the toilet bowl again with the seat plate.
● When the toilet cut-out is mounted on the seat, the bucket with lid must also be mounted.
Seat plate removal

easily.
The safety bar is fitted to the front of the armrest by removing
the two black caps and the two front screws on the armrest
and inserting the two brackets for the safety bar, which must
then be secured with the screws removed.
The bracket itself can be secured in place with a click bracket.
To fit the safety belt, make sure the belt has loops at the ends
of the belt. These loops can be easily attached to the
wheelchair frame by removing the backrest from the
wheelchair and placing the loops on the wheelchair.

Make sure the strap is fastened with the closing mechanism
facing forward and is not twisted. Then fit the backrest back
onto the shower-toilet wheelchair and screw it in place. Done!
