NOTE
Clean the appliance after each use to keep it in a safe and hygienic working
condition.
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely. Remove
foodstuff from the appliance afterwards, if necessary.
• Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, sharp tools, strong chemicals, alkali,
abrasive or disinfecting agents as they may damage its surface.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids to clean it. Make sure that
the electrical parts do not become wet or damp.

• Clean the body of the appliance, control panel and accessories with a soft damp
cloth and, if necessary, a little mild detergent. Wipe with a dry soft cloth.
• The bread pan and kneading paddle can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. The
outside and base of the bread pan may discolor. This is normal.
• The appliance may only be used again after it is dried completely.
STORAGE
• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance is completely dry and
cooled down.
• Make sure that the lid of the appliance is closed.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and out of the
reach of children.
• Preferably store the appliance in its original packaging.
