The air conditioner
is leaking.
Compressor does
not work.
The remote
control does
not work.
If problems not listed in the table occur or recommended solutions do not work, please contact the
service centre.

ERROR CODES

The unit is not straight.
The drain pipe is blocked.
Overheat protection operational.
The remote control is not aligned
with the direction of the remote-
control receiver.
Batteries poor.
Use a spirit level to check the unit is
horizontal, if not remove from the wall
and Straighten.
Check the drain pipe to ensure it is
not blocked or constricted.
Wait for 3 minutes until the
temperature is lowered, and then
restart the machine.
Let the remote control get close to
the air conditioner, and make sure
that the remote control directly faces
to the direction of the remote-control
receiver.
Replace batteries.
