WARNING: Acetylene or Propane?
The hose reel is prepared for the use of Oxygen and
Acetylene only.
To use Propane instead of Acetylene you must replace the
seal 0136E (red) by the seal 0136D (blue) which is supplied.
Then, stick the label "PROPANE" near the swivel joint.

The hose reels without hose are supplied with the unloaded spring.
The equipment includes: a hose stopper, 2 clamps, 2 fittings Ф
8mm, 2 fittings Ф 10 mm, the label and the seal for the use of pro-
pane or crylene.
Use a hose in conformity to the "EN 3821" (ex "EN 559") rule with dimen-
sion characteristics suitable for use according to the hose reel model.
7.1) Fix the hose reel to the bench.Put the hose between the guide
rollers, connect it to the drum with fittings and clamps supplied.
Respect the colours:
RED FOR GAS and LIGHT BLUE FOR OXYGEN.
7.2) Rotate manually the drum in order to rewind completely the hose.
7.3) Hold the hose-end and rotate the drum 1 turn in the opposite di-
rection to pre-load the spring. Insert again the hose-end between
the guide rollers.
7.4) Put the hose rubber stopper at the desired length.

manufacturer of this equipment.
On the equipment is securely at-
tached a tag with curing adhesive
system on which, in addition to the
name of the manufacturer and the
symbol "CE", all necessary infor-
mation for good identification of the
machine are indicated (model, duty,
year of construction, weight, etc.).

7.5) Unwind the hose and rewind it com-
pletely, to check if the hose reel
works properly.

OTHER THING INSIDE THE DRUM!
