Troubleshooting

Symptom
Device completely
dead, no LEDs are
lit up
Green, yellow and
red LEDs blinking
together at 0.5s
Red LED blinking
0.5s, other LEDs off
Red LED blinking 2s

Probable Cause
No battery power
Battery voltage too low
Power switch is „Off"
AC input is missing
Breaker has popped
Mode select fault
Fan fault
The device is operating
over temperature
Issues to examine
or correct
Battery disconnected,
over discharged or
connected in reverse
Battery voltage must be at
least 10V for the device to
operate
Set power switch to „12V"
or „24V"
Check AC input
connections
Reset the input protector
12V mode: adjust battery
voltage lower than 15V
24V mode: adjust battery
voltage higher than 18V
Check the fan in the
device
The heat sink area should
not be hotter than 105°C
for the device to operate
