The SINTESI tile cutter is a technologically advanced, high-performance product, suitable for cutting ceramic,
single-fired and stoneware materials.
• The manufacturer is not liable for the use of the SINTESI tile cutter with different tools and for cutting materials
not specified in Paragraph "RECOMMENDED USE".

RECOMMENDED USE

FITTING
Remove the tile cutter from the packaging and check that no parts have been damaged.
Proceed with the assembly of the SINTESI tile cutter.
IN THE FACTORY, THE SINTESI CUTTER IS ASSEMBLED FOR RIGHT-HANDED OPERATORS.

Position the cutting bracket and lock it in place with the fixing knob.

Using a 5 mm male hex wrench, remove the "0 degrees" stop and position it in the opposite seat (B) of the

bracket support.

TRANSPORTATION
The SINTESI tile cutter can be transported easily.
• remove the bracket from its seat;

• position the cutting index and the relative tile support plate on the internal side of the bracket arm;
• using the threaded hole on the support surface, fix the inverted cutting bracket with the locking knob.

HANDLING

CUTTING OPERATION

a) raise the register by "0 degrees" and position the cutting bracket at a "0 degree" incline.
b) place the tile to be cut on the base, at the desired cutting point;
index and the relative tile base plate;

c) move the cutting lever so as to make the carriage register coincide with the two reference notches;
d) bring the scoring wheel close to the surface of the tile to be cut by acting on the two height adjustment
