The manufacturer guarantees the product against production defects for a period of 60 months from the date of delivery. The warranty consists in the
replacement or repair of parts that are unusable or inefficient because of manufacturing defect found or recognized by the manufacturer. Any delay in the
execution of work does not entitle to damages nor the guarantee extension. The warranty is void if the equipment used does not conform to these terms, if
they are modified, repaired or tampered with, and if the defective complaint derives from damages, by neglect or the use of non-original parts. The above
expressly indicated constitutes the sole guarantee, which replaces legally any others. Therefore it excludes the right of the buyer to request the termination of
contract, damages or price reduction.
Responsibilities: The manufacturer is exempt from all responsibility and liability for any injury and/or damage to persons and/or things that can occur from or
during the use of the appliance, eventhough it depends on the same defect.
Limitations: The buyer undertakes not to use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it was intended and does not make any changes to the
construction and operation. Without prejudice to any action for damages, it is agreed that the non-observance of the above constraints, entails the
immediate forfeiture of the warranty.
1. The validity shall begin from the date of delivery (i.e. delivery date first installation) proof of warranty with its receipt or
copy of the sales invoice. In the absence of these documents the warranty commences from date of manufacture.
2. The following benefits are guaranteed: the provision and replacement of unserviceable parts or inefficient for
ascertained defect of material; the labour for the replacement and repair of such details; the supply of consumables
necessary as a result of these relevant to the performance of the device.
3. Responsibilities borne by the buyer: the replacement of various materials of consumption not linked to interventions
carried out on an ascertained fault; maintenance and interventions resulting from wear and tear, accidents, or terms
which do not satisfy instructions.
