IMPIEGO OPERATIVO
5.1 MESSA IN FUNZIONE
• Verificare
che il collegamento elettrico, sia stato cor-
rettamente eseguito.
• Controllare
il corretto funzionamento del pulsante di
emergenza.
Verificare
•
che il motore elettrico ruoti nel senso indi-
cato dalla freccia presente sulla calotta del motore
stesso. In caso contrario sezionare l'alimentazione
elettrica ed invertire la polarità al motore elettrico.
ESEMPIO -
Per il controllo rotazione motore, procede-
re come segue:
• Posizionare l'interruttore generale (presente
in azienda) al quale è collegata la macchi-
na, su "ON" (acceso).
• Disinserire ( se inserito) il pulsante di emer-
genza (2).
• Premere l'interruttore (1).
• Premere l'interruttore (3) - START - e dopo
un paio di secondi, necessari alla verifica
(visiva) della rotazione, premere l'interrutto-
re (4) - STOP.
Non avviare la macchina fino a quando non è
stata invertita (se necessario) la polarità al mo-
tore elettrico.
Prima di utilizzare la macchina verificare che
qualsiasi condizione pericolosa, sia stata eli-
minata.

OPERATION
5.1 STARTING THE MACHINE
• Make sure
that the electrical connection has been
carried out properly.
• Check that
the emergency stop works properly.
Make sure
•
that the electric motor runs according to
the direction indicated by the arrow on the motor cover
case. In case it does not, section the cable and invert
the electric motor polarity.
EXAMPLE -
To check the motor rotation, follow the
instructions:
• Switch on the plant main switch
connected to the machine.
• Disable the circuit breaker (2), if enabled.
• Press the switch (1).
• Press START (3) - and after a few
seconds, after having inspected (visually)
the rotation direction, press STOP (4).
Do not start-up the machine until the electric
motor polarity has not been inverted (if
necessary).
Make sure no hazards remains before starting
the machine.
