OPERATION (for the user)
1)Before switching on, make sure that:
-the wall-mounted switch is on;
-there is water from the mains;
-the filter is correctly positioned;
-the overflow is inserted into its seat.
2)Close the machine door.
3)Press the switch "A"to position I to fill with water and to switch on the heating elements.
4)When the indicator light "B" comes on, this indicates that the appliance is ready for the washing cycle.
5)Open the door of the appliance and if there is no automatic detergent dispender ,pour the correct amount
evenly into the tank.
NB: An excessive amount of detergent could produce a large quantity of foam that is difficult to eliminate.
6)Use the selector switch "C" to select the required washing time.
7)Insert the basket with the articles to be washed, close the door and start the washing cycle by pressing
button "D".
NB: Solid waste should be removed from the articles to be washed before they are introduced into the
appliance. Any articles with burnt encrustation or when a long time has elapsed between cooking and washing,
should have already been left to soak in water and a suitable softening product.
8)Upon completion of the washing cycle, the orange light of button "D" goes out.
9)Open the door and remove the basket containing the washed items.
10)For subsequent washings, repeat points 5,6 and 7.
Only for the installer:
NB:The temperature of the water in the tank is set at 60º C and that of the boiler at 80º C.
IMPORTANT:If the water does not fill into the wash tank, detach the small pipe between the pressure switch
and air cage and blow out any residue water from tests. This inconvenience could occure during transportion.
Also connect the vent to a suction system for extracting the steam formed during the wash cycle.
AT THE END OF WASHING OPERATIONS( for the user)
1)Press the switch "A"to position 0 to turn off the appliance.
2)Remove the overflow in order to drain the water from the tank.
3)When drainage is complete, remove the filters and clean them.
4)Wash inside the tank with a water jet.
5)Replace the filters and the overflow.
NB:When carrying out the above operations, use gloves to avoid hands coming into contact with water
containing detergent;
-Do not use water jets to clean the outside of the appliance, nor corrosive products such as sodium hypochlorite
(pure bleach), acids, steel wool;
-If the calcium and magnesium salt content of the water is high, it is advisable to periodically descale the
appliance with suitable products;
-If the appliance is not used for a long time (for several weeks), it is advisable to operate it empty for one or two
cycle with clean water before starting washing again;
-It is advisable to replace the water in the tank (by filling again) approx. every 15 cycles or twice a day.
