3. Using Instruction
1)Input/Output voltage: AC 230/50HZ
2)Heating load: two sets heating load output are 1200W and 800W.
3)Timing shutdown function: could be set 24 hours timing hut down (prevent under
frost mode not support timing shutdown, and timing shutdown could be set under
other mode. However switch to frost mode, timing shutdown function keep
accounting time.
4)Four operating mode:800W,1200W,2000W, prevent frost mode.
5) LCD display:(the first time or after long time outage and power on again, full
screen icon display will turn to normal after 3 seconds), setting temperature display
range: 5~50℃
6) 5℃ to 50℃ adjustment constant temperature:( ±1℃）. Power stops outputting
when actual temperature is over setting temperature.
7)Automatic testing thermistor's open circuit, short circuit. If thermistor open circuit
or short circuit, electronic controller will stop all load output.
4. Operating Instructions
1). power supply key
After complete machine is charged with electricity, main engine is standing by,
screen display current environment temperature, and current setting temperature.
This moment just could operate power supply key, other keys could not be
operated. State of standby, press once of power supply key, into 800W mode,
under working condition mode pressing power supply key, lead to stop all work and
into standby.
2). Mode key
Continuous pressing this key, work mode according to order circulation: 800W-
1200W-2000W-prevent frost-800W....
3). "+"button
Setting temperature "+" button, pressing this button could increase the
temperature, the max value is 50℃. (Only allowed by operating under mode
800W/12000W/2000W)
4). "-"button
Setting temperature "-" button, pressing this button could decrease the
temperature, the min value is 5℃.(Only allowed by operating under mode
800W/12000W/2000W)
5). Timing shutdown button
Pressing this button could set time of shutdown,
5.Work mode
1. 800W: this mode is corresponding to the power of 800W heat wire, screen
display 800W icon. It starts to heat when the environment temperature below 4℃, it
will stop heating as soon as reach the setting temperature. The setting temperature
range is 5-50℃.
2. 1200W: this mode is corresponding to the power of 1200W heat wire, screen
display 1200W icon. It starts to heat when the environment temperature below 4℃,
it will stop heating as soon as reach the setting temperature. The setting
temperature range is 5-50℃.
