2. Installation:

1. Installation of this device must be performed by professional technicians.
2. The housing of this device must be grounded to ensure safety.
3. The voltage of the power supply must correspond to the expected power value.
4. The user should install a suitable leakage protection switch near this device.
5. Before use, the user should check the power supply connection to prevent the power cord from
loosening; also check that the voltage is normal and well grounded.

7. Do not store flammable or explosive material around the installation location. The ambient temperature
should not be higher than 50℃.
8. Clean the device before use, turn off the power supply and clean the device with a damp cloth and non-
corrosive detergent, do not use a direct water jet to wash this device.
9. This device is designed for cooking various kinds of pasta, any other use is prohibited.
10. Before use, the tank must be filled with water, otherwise the heating tube will burn.
11. Before use, the user must clean all the commercial grease from the water tank. The cleaning procedure
should be done as follows:
1) Fill the water tank by boiling the water for a few minutes. When the temperature rises to 40~50°C, clean
the grease in the tank with a cloth.
2) Do not clean the tank with detergents that include abrasive material, do not use metal brushes/hard or
sharp objects to clean the surface of the device.
3) After cleaning, drain the water through the drain, then clean the tank again with clean water.

room should be below 45℃ and the relative humidity should be below 85%.

3.Operation procedure:

1. Check the power supply installation and make sure the supply voltage matches the rated voltage.
2. Two thermostats are installed on the front panel and can be used independently or simultaneously.
3. Turn on the unit: green indicator lit means power supply is on. Turn thermocouple clockwise to desired
position. The lit yellow indicator means the heating tube is starting to operate and the temperature is
rising.
