9 Fluorescence Measurement

The color2view can measure fluorescence to predict color stability. Go to Con-
figuration > Measurement Parameters > Fluorescence. Activate following
indices:
• Δ Fl: Indicates whether and how much fluorescent energy is emitted.
• Δ E

The status of the fluorescence detection is signaled via an acoustic and a visual
signal. For the visual signal the status LED in the button Operate is used:
• Status LED = Blue: Fluorescence has been detected.
• Status LED = Pink: Fluorescence exceeds predefined limit.
NOTICE
The fluorescence limit can be customized as tolerance value in smart-chart.
