Machine description
General description
This chafing dish can be used to keep warm and heat various foodstuffs (with restrictions of par. 1.1) into the
appropriate steel container. The machine heat an amount of water, using an electric resistor. This hot water
will keep warm the foodstuffs to serve that is contained into the issued stainless still liner.
Operating instructions
• Put out off the machine all its accessories (lid,flange and liner)
• Add 0.6 liltres of water (about two glasses) into the aluminium container.
ATTENTION: DO NOT forget this operation, the machine operating without water in the aluminum pot should
result in damages of the resistor and of the device containers.
• Insert the lid hook in the inside edge of the container flange and fix inserting in it the stainless still pot.
• Take de container by the flange and put it into the kettle.
ATTENTION: NEVER overfill with water, the inox pot must never float up. Check that it is firmly inserted into
the kettle, if it float put it off and remove the excess of water from the aluminum container.
• Put into the stainless still the soup to keep warming and close the lid.
• Rotate clockwise the knob to the position 12. NOTE: Just rotating the knob the device starts operating and
the control lamp lights.
• Past about 3 minutes it should be reached the working temperature and can be set the right power rate.
Settings from 9 to 12 keep the food at high temperatures, while settings from 1 to 8 keep to a lesser value.
NOTE: During the service the soup level will go down and than periodically the kettle must be refilled or the
set temperature must be lower.
• When temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat automatically stops the electrical supply, the
signal lights and the resistors stop heating.
• When kettle cool down, the thermostat will automatically supply the resistors that will heat the food.
• ATTENTION. NEVER move or carry the kettle when uniti s switched on.
• To stop operate turn the knob on "0" position and check that working signal went off. Take off the supply
plug and wait until the device was cooled down.
• Always clean the device at the end of the servicing.
