Installing the recirculating ball bearing
Mount the two recirculating ball bearings (1) onto the locating
Ø
bearing side of the guided slide. Tighten the screws only to
some extent (2).
Place the guided slide (3) onto the guide (4) and push the two

recirculating ball bearings (5) under the guided slide from the
side.
Tighten the screws to some extent (2).
Ø
Screw in the assembly tool (8) to pre-load the recirculating ball
Ø
bearing to 300N, while carefully moving the guided slide back
and forth by hand.
Tighten screws (2) to 5.6 Nm using the torque wrench
Ø
Mount the screws (6) and lock in place with screw locking liquid.
Ø
Take out the assembly tool, screw in the screws (7) and lock in
Ø
place with locking liquid.
