Defrosting
1. Auto defrosting: when the heat pump is defrosting, the
will stop blinking.
2. Compulsory defrosting: When the heat pump is heating and the compressor is working continuously for
10 minutes, press both
(Note: the interval between compulsory defrosting should be more than 30 minutes).
3. The heating light will start blinking when the heat pump is in compulsory or auto defrosting.
4. The running process and ending of the compulsory defrosting are the same as auto-defrosting.
WiFi Module
Optionally, a WiFi Module can be attached to the Comfortpool Inverter Pro heat pump. After that the heat pump
can be controlled via the 'Smarter Pool' app on a smartphone or tablet. Also up-to-date information about the
pool and the heat pump will be provided through the app.

4. Testing

4.1.

Inspection before use

1. Check installation of the whole machine and the pipe connections according to the pipe connecting
drawing.
2. Check the electric wiring according to the electric wiring diagram and earthing connection.
3. Make sure that the main machine power switch is off.
4. Check the temperature setting.
5. Check the air inlet and outlet.
4.2.

Trial before use

1. The user must start the filter pump before the heat pump, and turn off the heat pump before the filter
pump, or it could damage the heat pump.
2. The user should start the pump, check for any leakage of water; and then set suitable temperature in the
thermostat, and then switch on power supply.
3. In order to protect the swimming pool heater, the machine is equipped with a time lag starting function,
when starting the machine, the blower will run 1 minute earlier than the compressor.
4. After the swimming pool heater starts up, check for any abnormal noise from the machine.
