SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

DISCLAIMER: Instructions contained in this guide should always be read and
implemented prior to product use. Manufacturer/importer advisory boards are not
responsible for improper use due to instruction manual negligence. This is intended for
indoor household use only.
Keep this device out of reach of children or unqualified individuals, since the misuse of 
contents and packaging materials could result in hazard or death.
To avoid scorching or burns: Refrain from touching hot surfaces or water content while
the device is in use.
PLEASE USE THE BELOW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHILE USING THIS DEVICE
• Do not immerse unit fully in water.
• Do not run the unit longer than 30-60 seconds continuously. The unit can overheat,
damaging the unit.
• Not for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when the smoker is in use
near children.
• Remove battery if storing this device for over 3 months.
• Allow to cool before putting on or removing parts.
• Do not place on or near hot gas, electric burners or in a heated oven.
• Do not attempt to burn anything other than small wood chips, wood sawdust, dried
herbs, cooking spices or teas in the smoking chamber.
• Do not leave smoker unattended while in use.
• Do not generate smoke for periods of time longer than 30 seconds. Longer
durations could damage the unit.
• Use only in a well-ventilated area. The burning of wood chips/dust, dried herbs,
cooking spices, and/or teas may result in the emission of combustion by- products
which are known to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or reproductive harm.
• The metal wood chamber becomes very hot in use. Allow unit to cool completely
before touching barrel, especially when cleaning or storing.
• Always use the smoker in horizontal position. Heated smoking materials may fall
out of the smoking chamber if tipped, resulting in a fire hazard.
• Always empty ash and burned materials into a non-flammable receptacle.
• Always use a small device such as a match or lighter to ignite the material in the
smoker. Do not use a kitchen torch or other large flame as excessive heat may 
damage the unit.
• Avoid using the smoker in areas where smoke may active smoke alarms or fire 
suppression systems.
• Never turn the unit on without wood chips in the metal smoking chamber.
• Never operate the smoker without the stainless steel mesh filter in place; burning/
glowing embers may enter the plastic body damaging the unit or be ejected
through the nozzle, creating a fire or burn hazard.
• Removal or disassembly of any parts of the smoker other than the metal smoking
chamber, stainless steel mesh filter, battery compartment cover, or batteries may 
result in irreplarable damage and void the warranty.
