Hose removal / hose replacement
Make sure all the hose is wound. Insert a 12 mm - 1/2" Allen key and holding it the position shown in fig. 43,
undo the screws [F]. Then release the spring, turning the 12 mm - 1/2" Allen key clockwise. Follow the spring
with the key without letting it go (fig. 44). Unwind the hose and unscrew it from the nip ples (fig. 45). Then carry
out the hose fitting operations given on chapters before.

Attention
It is recommended to install an overpressure valve [X] upstream the
hose's winder in order to main tain the normal operation (of the hose'
winder, of the hoses installed in it and eventual equipment installed
downstream the hose's winder) in the presence of pressure fluctuations in
the system, e.g.: wa ter hammering, temperature rise, etc. (fig. 46).
We remind you that the pressure in an hydraulic circuit, may increase in
function of the temperature increase, or with the "water hammer ing"
which is a rapid and temporary increase in pressure that is generated
when the fluid flow in a hose is abruptly stopped (e.g.: closing a valve).
