13. Stopwatch

The watch comes with a stopwatch mode that can record the time elapsed for 99 laps up to a
maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes (the maximum time for each lap is 9 hours and 59
minutes).
• Press the MODE button repeatedly until CHRONO
is displayed.
• Press the SET button to start the stopwatch. Press
the SET button to pause the stopwatch.
• When the stopwatch is running, press the SEL
button to save the current lap and start a new
lap. The lap time may not be displayed when it is
saved. The stopwatch will continue to run in the background.
• "MEMORY FULL" will be displayed when the stopwatch has saved 99 laps.
• To reset the stopwatch and delete the saved lap data, hold down the SET button for three
seconds.
Viewing saved data
• To view your saved lap data, press the SEL button when the stopwatch has finished timing.
• The shortest lap time will be displayed automatically. "

• Press the SEL button to go back to the stopwatch mode.
At least one lap time must be saved, otherwise no lap data will be displayed.

14. Training mode (HRM)

In order to monitor your heart rate, you must wear the chest strap and ensure that
the measured values can be transmitted to the watch.
• Start by putting on the chest strap as described in section 8 ("Wearing the chest strap").
• If the watch is not in "HRM" mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until "HRM" is
displayed.
• Your current heart rate will be displayed when the watch receives a signal from the chest
strap. If no signal is received, "0" will be displayed.
