• Briefly press the SET button to go to the date value. Configure the date value using the SEL
button. Select "--" to skip the date setting.
• To set a daily alarm, set the month and date to "-- --".
• Briefly press the SET button; "CHIME" will be shown on the display.
Briefly press the SEL button to enable (ON) or disable (OFF) the hourly chime. A bell symbol
( ) is displayed when the hourly chime is enabled. When the hourly chime is enabled, the
watch will play a beep once every hour.
• Press the MODE button to exit the setting mode. All settings will be saved.
Hold down the SEL button to move through the values more quickly.
Enabling/disabling the alarm
To enable or disable the alarm, briefly press the SET button when the alarm time is shown on
the display.
The symbol is displayed when the alarm is enabled.
Silencing the alarm
Press any of the four buttons to silence the alarm. All other button functions are disabled until
the alarm is turned off.
If the alarm is not turned off, it will go off again 5 times during the subsequent 9 minutes before
being automatically disabled.
c) Countdown timer
When the time is displayed, briefly press the SEL button to display the countdown timer ("TIMER"
will be shown at the bottom of the display). The standard setting is one minute (00:01:00).
Setting the timer
• Hold down the SET button for three seconds. "HOLD TO SET" will be displayed while you
hold down the button. Release the button when the countdown time is displayed and the
minute value flashes.
• Configure the minute value using the SEL button. Press the SET button to go to the hour
setting.
• Configure the hour value using the SEL button. Press the SET button to save the settings
and select the mode.
