Before you start

Installing Server and Client
You must be logged in as Windows administrator.
Server installation
1. Connect the installation medium to the server PC.
2. Start file 'Install_omnitrend_center_server_xxxyyy.exe' in the
'Server' directory.
3. Confirm the Windows security prompt with 'Yes'. The installation
wizard starts.
4. Click on <Next> to open the next dialog window.
5. Select the installation directory. Click on <Next>.
6. Enter the activation code provided on the package. Click on
<Next>.
7. Select the directory, where the server should store data. Click on
<Next>.
8. Click on <Install> to start the server installation.
9. After successful installation, click on <Finish>.
