machine only when original accessories are
used.
Intended use
The machine is intended for making grooved
joints and for cutting the edges of wall and ceil-
ing panelling (shadow gap).
Before use
Always use the correct supply voltage: The
voltage of the power source must agree with the
value given on the nameplate of the machine.
Machines designated for 230 V can also be oper-
ated with 220 V.
Cutting Depth Selection
The cutting depth is set with the scale 6.
Left hand side: Biscuit cuts with mounted angle
guide 10.
Right hand side: Cutting
guide 10.
The coarse adjustment is made by pressing the
button 7 and sliding the knurled knob 5.
The fine adjustment is made by turning the
knurled knob 5.
Parallel Guide
The parallel guide 2 serves for cutting parallel to
the edge of a workpiece. It is possible to mount
the parallel guide 2 reversed, if required. It is set
with the clamping lever 16.
Angle guide
The machine is shipped with mounted angle
guide 10. To remove the angle guide, please re-
move the two screws 11.
Biscuit cuts must be made with mounted angle
guide 10.
The angle is set with the scale 8 by loosening
the wing nuts 9 and 24.

Initial operation
The machine should be switched on only when
in the initial position, i. e. when the cutting disc is
swung into the base plate.

Switching on: Press the on/off switch 19 for-

Cutting Direction
The cutting must always be opposite to the rota-
tional direction of the cutter (opposed rotation).
When cutting in the direction of rotation, the
machine can be jerked out of the hands of the
operator.

Cutting mark
The mark 3 indicates the cutting mark for the ful-
ly plunged cutting disk. The right res. the left
mark shows the maximum cutting depth.
Shadow Gap
For the mounting of profile boards or panels, the
first and the last must be fitted exactly. The ma-
chine cannot go completely into the corner (cor-
ner distance a=80 mm).
