Assembly of the vacuum clamping unit

• Mount the manometer
when processing a FRIALEN XL spigot sad-
ƒ
dle SA-XL either to the VACUBOX XL (Fig. 2)
or alternatively at the plunger (depending on
the processing situation), or
when processing a FRIALEN XL repair
ƒ
saddle RS-XL to the VACUBOX XL.
WARNING!
When connecting the hoses, please observe the markings at the
VACUBOX XL:
The following markings/pictographs are used at the VACUBOX XL:
Vacuum:
To connect the FRIALEN XL spigot saddle SA-XL or the
FRIALEN XL repair saddle RS-XL.
Air in:
To connect the construction site compressor.
Air out:
Air outlet.
WARNING!
Before connecting the VACUBOX XL and all the feed lines, discharge the
com p ressor briefly to clean it so that no dirt can make its way into the
venturi nozzle! Dirt in the venturi nozzle can cause a loss of pressure! It
may then be necessary to clean or replace the silencer on the VACUBOX
XL.
