OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Always disconnect the plug from the mains outlet prior to mounting or removing accessories!
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water for
hygienic reasons.
The maximum time of continuous operation (KB) is 30 seconds for solid food, and one minute for liquids. Let the unit
cool down for at least 10 minutes afterwards.
MIXING
The rod extension is designed for the preparation of sauces, toppings, soups, mayonnaise, baby food, mixed drinks and
milkshakes.
1. Insert the food in the mixing container, or other higher kitchen vessel.
2. Mount the body of the unit on the rod extension axis, and lock individual parts by turning. Respect the symbols
used.
3. Uncoil the whole supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close sources of heat. Insert the plug into the mains
outlet.
4. Select the required speed, put the unit in the mixing container with food, and switch ON. Apply circular movements
at the bottom when mixing.
5. Switch the unit off after use. Disconnect the cable from the socket.
6. Release the rod extension by turning it, and rinse it immediately under running water. Make sure the water does not
get inside the extension, where the driving spindle is. In case this happens, leave the rod extension dry, and apply a
few drops of vegetable oil to smoothen the operation of the bearings.
Example – mayonnaise recipe
200 – 250 ml oil
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
salt and pepper
Insert all the ingredients in the mixing container in the above-mentioned order. Immerse the rod extension to the very
bottom. Switch ON, hold the unit in this position until the oil creates an emulsion. Move the operating unit up and down
slowly, until the mayonnaise has the required density.
CUTTING
The cutting vessel is suitable for cutting meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots,
walnuts, almonds, dried plums and the like.
Don't cut extremely hard objects, such as nutmeg, coffee beans or corn.
Cut food like meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots or frozen products first.
Remove the stems from herbs and all nutshells.
Remove bones, cartilage, tendons and skin from the meat.
1. Put the anti-slip pad on the underside of the cutting vessel. Remove the cutting
blade safety cover, insert the cutting blade in the cutting vessel, and fit it on the drive
center shaft.
2. Put the food in the cutting vessel and close using the lid with transmission.
3. Mount the unit body on the lid with transmission (Fig. 1).
