DRY POSITIONING

• It is advisable to pre-assemble the fireplace dry so
as to understand how much space the various
components and air intake passageways take up.
• It is necessary to match the front part of the unit with
the inside edge of the marble slab, leaving a 5 mm
slot so as to allow for free dilation of the monobloc.
5.3.1 Safety recommendations
The cladding of the fireplace, regardless of the material
used, must be self-bearing with respect to the
monobloc and it must not be in contact with it.
Any wood beams, or any finishing in combustible
material, must be suitably insulated (or placed outside
the area of radiation of the fireplace, see UNI 10683),
and must be at a distance form the monobloc of at
least 1 cm to guarantee free air flow to avoid
overheating.
Any coverings in combustible material located over
the generator must be shielded by diaphragms in non-
combustible insulating material.
For the models with the height of the fire plan lower
than 300 mm :
• remove the comburant air duct (A)
• place the isulation plate (B) on the floor below the
EMBL MAGNOFIX (Fig. 5.3.1)
Palazzetti claddings are realized in complaince safety
and technical requirements as set forth by current
standards.
5.3.2 Earthing
The EMBL MAGNOFIX is equipped with a screw for the
equipotential connection which can hold a cable with a
section from 2.5 mm
equipotentiality of the earth in compliance with current
standards. This fixture is located on the lower part of
the monobloc and is indicated by the symbol
5.4
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the final height of the EMBL MAGNOFIX
(cladding fire bed height), just turn the adjustment
screws locted on the base. Adjsut the screws (Fig.
5.4.2: A-adjsutment screw, B-fire bed height), until the
piece is at the established height with respect to the
cladding, while ensuring that the base of the fire box
is level. In the case of cladding with fire bed H 30 cm,
remove the adjustment screw. The lever for the
adjustment of combustion air must be about 0.5 cm
over the cladding surface, so that it is easily usable.

Sollte der Ofen an einen bereits verwendeten
Rauchfang angeschlossen werden, ist dieser
gründlich zu reinigen, um Betriebsstörungen und
Brandgefahr zu vermeiden, die auf Grund der an den
Innenflächen des Rauchfangs abgelagerten,
unverbrannten Rückständen entstehen können. Es
wird empfohlen, die Reinigung bei einem normalen
Betrieb mindestens einmal pro Jahr durchzuführen.

5.3
ORBEREITUNG DES INSTALLATIONSORTS
• Es empfiehlt sich, den Kaminofen ohne Anschluss
probezumontieren, umden Platzbedarf der einzelnen
Teile und die Luftdurchlässe zu prüfen. Die
Feuerstelle muss auf derselben Höhe der
Abdeckplatte sein.
• Der vordere Geräteteil muss mit der Innenkante der
Marmorplatte übereinstimmen, es bleibt lediglich ein
Schlitz
von 5 mm, um die Ausdehnung des
Monoblocks zu ermöglichen.
5.3.1 Sicherheitsempfehlungen
Die Verkleidung des Kaminofens muss, unabhängig
vom verwendeten Material, selbsttragend sein und darf
denselben nicht berühren. Ein eventueller Holzbalken
oder jedes andere brennbare Material muss
entsprechend isoliert werden (oder aus dem
Strahlungsbereich der Feuerstelle entfernt werden,
siehe UNI 10683) und ein Abstand von 1 cm zum
Monoblocco für den freien Luftstrom zur Vermeidung
einer Überhitzung, muss eingehalten werden.
Eventuelle brennbare Materialien, die sich oberhalb
dem
Generator
Schutzvorrichtungen aus feuerfestem Isoliermaterial
abgeschirmy sein.

Für Modelle mit Kochplattenhöhe unter 300 mm:
• die verbrennungsluftleitung entfernen (A)
• die daemmungsplatte (B) auf dem boden unter der
feuerstaette EMBL MAGNOFIX (Abb. 5.3.1)
Die Verkleidungen Palazzetti sind unter Beachtung der
technischen Anforderungen und der von den Normen
vorgeschriebenen Sicherheit ausgeführt.
5.3.2 Erdung
Der EMBL MAGNOFIX ist mit einer Schraube zum
Erdungsanschluss ausgerüstet, zur Aufnahme eines
Kabels mit einem Querschnitt von 2,5 mm2 bis 6 mm
das zur Erdung der Masse entsprechend der gültigen
Normen dient. Dieser Anschluss befindet sich auf der
Rückseite des Monoblocks und ist mit dem Symbol
gekennzeichnet.
5.4
EINSTELLUNG DER HÖHE
Zur Einstellung der endgültigen Höhe des EMBL
MAGNOFIX (Höhe Feuerstelle der Verkleidung), genügt
es, auf die unteren Einstellschrauben einzuwirken.
