STEP 2
1) Assemble the supporting tube (11L & 11R) to the crank welding set (32) by
using the bolt (20), the flat washer (18), the buffer (136) and the axle cover
(31).
2) Assemble the pedal (21L & 21R) to the pedal supporting tube (17L & 17R) by
using the the flat washer (22) and the club knob (23).
3) Assemble the roller wheel cover (93L & 93R) to the supporting tube (11L &
11R) by using the bolt (104).
