Bleeding the Metering Pump

The metering pump must be bled when the pump
has drawn in air (e. g., because the metering con-
tainer is completely empty).
• The system stops; the "Motor/hard water" mal-
function indication is shown in the display.

This malfunction indication is shown in-
dependent of which metering container
is empty.
• Fill the empty metering container and mix the
chemicals according to Section 3.2.6.
• Unscrew the bleeding screw (34) by one turn.
• Press the MANUAL pushbutton (33) until the
medium flows without bubbles through the
bleeding line (35) back into the container.
