6.2 SETTINGS OF DIP SWITCHES
Quantity and Position of Dip Switches
Dips switches position in PCB2 is the following:

C A U T I O N
Before setting dips switches, firstly turn off power source and set the posi-
tion of the dips switches. If the switches are set without turning off the power
source, the contents of the setting are invalid.
DSW3: capacity code setting
No setting is required, due to setting before shipment. This dip
switch is utilized for setting the capacity code which corresponds
to the Horse Power of the indoor unit.

DSW4: unit model code setting
No setting is required. This switch is utilized for setting the
model code which corresponds to the indoor unit type

Here is set DSW6 and RSW1 before shipment up to 63 can be set

No setting is required. Setting before shipment.
In case of applying high voltage to the PCB2,
the fuse is cut. In such a case, firstly correct the
wiring and then turn ON #1 (as showing beside)

Capacity of 0.8HP RPI(M) units can be reduced
by setting DSW9 #2 ON, only available for
combinations with Set Free mini series 2.
N O T E

The mark " " indicates position of dips switches. Figures show set-
ting before shipment or after selection.
To set the position of the rotary switches, insert a screwdriver into the
groove of the RSW.
