a) Open the water supply tap to the filling line.
b) Simultaneously open the feed ball valve (vent-
ing line) and the return ball valve (filling line) to
fill the boiler with water. CAUTION! The water
pressure must thereby not exceed 3 bar.
c) Simultaneously open the feed ball valve (vent-
ing line) and the return ball valve (filling line) to
fill the heating circuit with water. CAUTION! The
water pressure must thereby not exceed
3 bar. Adjust the water pressure to a value
between 1.5 and 2 bar by opening or closing
the venting or filling lines as required. When
adjusting the pressure, always keep an eye
on the pressure gauge.
d) The water pressure must be checked and ad-
justed to a value between 1.5 and 2 bar every
time the device is restarted.
 The device and the heating circuit are now filled
with water.
Connecting device to power supply
a) Connect the power cord to the matching power
socket on the device. Depending on the power
supply system available on site, the device au-
tomatically switches to the respective electric
power parameters (see Technical data
 The device is now connected to the electric
power supply.
Venting heating circuit
After the heating circuit has been filled with water, it
should be vented.
a) Heating systems with radiators: Bleed the radia-
tor at the highest point in the heating system.
b) Underfloor heating system: Bleed the heating
system at the heating manifold.
Venting circulation pump
After the heating circuit has been bled, the circula-
tion pump should be vented.
If the circulation pump stars with a murmur or howl-
ing sound, run the device venting program.

✓ The venting and the filling lines are connected
to the device.
✓ The water supply to the filling line is open.
a) Simultaneously open the feed ball valve (vent-
ing line) and the return ball valve (filling line) to
fill the heating system with water. CAUTI-
ON! The water pressure must thereby not
exceed 3 bar.
 Any residual air is pushed out of the system.
b) During filling, repeatedly press the OK button to
reset the error message.
c) As soon as the display returns to the main
menu, you can terminate the filling process.

Circulation pump mode settings
The circulation pump can be set to various modes.
The speed of the pump (and this the water flow) can
be controlled on the basis of the constant pressure
or the proportional pressure. Proportional pressure
