4.1 Installation
We recommend that the installation and connection is carried out by an authorised service partner in
compliance with local regulation, national and European standards and with the annexed installation
instructions. Your dealer can also provide you with installation advice. Remember, it is your responsibility
that rules in force are complied with.
The stove is tested for air leakage and fulfils the norms for an airtight stove.
To ensure a clean and efficient combustion, the stove needs a constant uninterrupted air supply. This is
often a problem in modern energy-efficient houses that are very airtight. The amount of air needed for
combustion is 25 m3/h.
By default, the stove comes with an air intake at the lower back. The stove will take the air from the room
unless it is connected to an external air supply.
There are two ways to connect external air supply to this stove:

Through a channel from the outside which is connected to the air intake on the back of the
stove. See examples for the external air supply below.
