BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG WARNUNG Wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet wird, heizt die Lötspitze automatisch auf die zuletzt eingestellte Temperatur auf. Es besteht an den Oberflächen Verbrennungsgefahr! Das Gerät ist zum Löten von Weichlot mit verschiedenen Temperaturen konzipiert. Eine abweichende Verwendung ist nicht zulässig.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG ACHTUNG Maßnahmen für eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung: Achten Sie auf einen sicheren Stand des Gerätes und der Ablage. Legen Sie das Werkzeug auf der Ablage ab, wenn es nicht benutzt wird. Die Benutzung des Gerätes von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und Personen mit Beeinträchtigung ist möglich wenn sie beaufsichtigt werden und bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs unterwiesen wurden.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.4. Installation Lötkolben-Griffhalterung(2) an der Lötstation befestigen. Dazu die Schraube(1) entfernen, Halterung(2) anbringen und wieder mit Schraube(1) befestigen. Lotdraht-Rolle in die Lotdraht-Halterung(8) einsetzen. Lotdraht in hinteres Rohr einführen, dabei mit dem Hebel(6) die Zahnräder öffnen. BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.5. Parameter Vorschubgeschwindigkeit Der Einstellbereich beträgt 2,7mm/s bis 27mm/s. Dabei entspricht die Ziffer 0 eine Geschwindigkeit von 2,7mm/s und die Ziffer 9 entspricht 27mm/s. Vorschublänge Der Einstellbereich beträgt 0,15mm bis 150mm. Dabei entspricht die Einstellung 001 eine Länge von 0,15mm. Die Einstellung 002 entspricht der Länge 0,30mm und die Einstellung 999 entspricht der Länge 150mm.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.6. Temperatur einstellen Die Temperatur kann jederzeit während des Betriebs mit den Tasten ▲ und ▼ geändert werden. Dabei kann die Temperatur immer nur um 1°K/ Tastendruck geändert werden. Nach langem Druck und darauf folgendem kurzen Druck auf die Taste kann zwischen 100er, 10erund 1er Stelle gewechselt werden.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.7. Passwortschutz Das Standardpasswort ist 000. HINWEIS: Nach dem Ändern des Passwortes kann die Temperatur nur noch mit Hilfe des korrekten Passwortes geändert werden. 1. Die Station mit dem Netzschalter ausschalten. 2. Die Tasten ▲/▼ gleichzeitig gedrückt halten und am Netzschalter die Station einschalten.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.8. Standby Die Station schaltet nach 20 Minuten ohne Benutzung automatisch in den Standby-Modus. Dabei wird die Lötspitzentemperatur auf 200°C abgesenkt. Um den Standby-Modus zu verlassen gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten. 1. Am Netzschalter Aus- und wieder Einschalten. 2. Beliebige Taste drücken. 3.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.10. Betriebsmodus Manueller Betrieb (MODE 0): Station am Netzschalter einschalten und Fuß-Pedal drücken. Vorschub- Intervall, Vorschub-Länge und Vorschub-Modus haben keine Funktion. Automatischer Betrieb: Station am Netzschalter einschalten. Die Station arbeitet entsprechend den gewählten Einstellungen am digitalen Schaltfeld(siehe Seite 5), wenn das Fuß-Pedal einmal gedrückt wird.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.12. Lötspitzen 1) Lötspitzentemperatur Hohe Temperaturen verkürzen die Lebensdauer der Lötspitze und können Bauteile schädigen. Wählen Sie deshalb die niedrigste mögliche Lötspitzentemperatur. Oxidierte Lötspitzen lassen sich nicht mehr richtig mit Lot benetzen (Passivität). 2) Reinigung Während des Lötprozesses bilden sich Oxide, welche die Spitze beschädigen können.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1) Überprüfung und Reinigung der Lötspitze a) Temperatur auf 250°C einstellen b) Wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist, die Spitze mit dem Reinigungsschwamm oder Metallwolle reinigen und überprüfen. c) Spitze mit Lotdraht benetzen, wenn schwarze Oxide an der Spitze zu sehen sind, den Vorgang wiederholen. Danach die Spitze mit frischem Lot benetzen und Lötkolben ablegen.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG 1.13. Ersatzteile Einige Teile können vom Anwender selbst ersetzt werden. Lötspitze wechseln: 1. Metallmutter ① abschrauben und Lötspitzenbefestigung entfernen. 2.
