Type of control Profinet dPro PN
Products operation in Profinet networks. They are IRT-
capable and can be controlled by control systems from
various manufacturers, e.g. Siemens or Phoenix.
They can be controlled via various variants: Profidrive,
quick start or manufacturer's objects. Our recommen-
dation is controlling the products dPro PN via quick start
commands to permit quick commissioning.
Products with dPro PN functionality can be operated in
the following operating modes:

The commissioning software Drive Assistant 5 that sup-
ports in commissioning of products with dPro PN functio-
nality can be found there as well.

different control systems.
In order to take the product with dPro PN functionality
into operation, you either need the „Drive Assistant 5"
software or a Profinet control system with the correspon-
ding commissioning software. For the latter you will find
the appropriate GSDML file in our download area.
Products with dPro PN functionality supports Profidrive,
application classes 1 and 4. These permit implementation
of highly dynamic and synchronous servo applications.
Commissioning via Profidrive is fully supported and very
simple.

Ansteuerungsvariante Profinet dPro PN
Produkte mit dPro PN Funktionalität sind für den Betrieb
in Profinet Netzwerken vorgesehen. Sie sind IRT fähig und
können von Steuerungen unterschiedlicher Hersteller an-
gesteuert werden, z. B. Siemens oder Phoenix.
Sie können über verschiedene Varianten angesteuert
werden: Profidrive, Quickstart oder Herstellerobjekte.
Unsere Empfehlung ist, die Produkte über Quickstart Be-
fehle anzusteuern, da damit eine schnelle Inbetriebnahme
möglich ist.
Produkte mit dPro PN Funktionalität können in den fol-
genden Betriebsarten betrieben werden:

nect" an unterschiedlichen Steuerungen.
Um das Produkt mit dPro PN Funktionalität in Betrieb zu
nehmen, benötigen Sie entweder die Software „Drive As-
sistant 5" oder eine Profinet Steuerung mit entsprechen-
der Inbetriebnahmesoftware. Für Letzteres erhalten Sie in
unserem Downloadbereich die passende GSDML Datei.
Produkte mit dPro PN Funktionalität unterstützt Profidrive,
Applikationsklassen 1 und 4. Damit lassen sich hochdy-
namische und synchrone Servoanwendungen realisieren.
Die Inbetriebnahme über Profidrive wird voll unterstützt
und gestaltet sich sehr einfach.
